Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL) is set to develop a two-million square feet business park and a 775-room hotel near Kempegowda International Airport. The biophilic-inspired business park aims to blend work and play, catering to diverse business and employee needs. The project will be located in the Urban Forest, a lush oasis that will blend indoor and outdoor spaces. The upcoming Metro station will provide seamless connectivity to the business park from the northern side.
The Combo Hotel, a collaboration between Vivanta and Ginger, will be one of the largest hospitality establishments in India, spanning 775 keys and expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The hotel will cater to both business travelers and tourists.
The Airport City will also feature a Concert Arena, a first-of-its-kind arena in the country, with a capacity to host 10,000 attendees. The concert arena will be a hub for events, concerts, and cultural gatherings. BACL CEO Rao Munukutla aims to transform the Airport City into a hub for businesses, knowledge-intensive zones, research and development centers, and Global Capability Centres. The goal is to create a thriving environment that nurtures growth, brings in job opportunities, and positively impacts the region.
