Goa-based airline FLY91 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, at the Goa International Travel Mart. The MoU outlines FLY91's commitment to developing and promoting the Department of Tourism's priorities, including promoting domestic and inbound tourism to Goa, developing sustainable tourism in the state, and strengthening the Goa Government's initiatives to empower hospitality businesses. The Department of Tourism will promote the 'FLY91' brand at various B2C conferences and forums, support FLY91 at leading travel exhibitions, and promote FLY91 operations on Goa Tourism social media handles.
FLY91's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Manoj Chacko, expressed his commitment to promoting tourism in Goa through initiatives that highlight the state's unique identity. The State Department of Tourism is dedicated to transforming Goa into a year-round, holistic travel and tourism destination, focusing on attracting tourists to its pristine hinterland based on the concept of 'Goa Beyond Beaches'. The two-year agreement identifies broad areas of future cooperation and partnership between the Goa government's Department of Tourism and FLY91, which can help attract high-end tourists seeking diverse and quality experiences.
