Le Bristol Paris has launched a seasonal summer pop-up kitchen in collaboration with Maison KRUG, offering a precise and inventive culinary experience set in the open-air Jardin Français. This ephemeral setting features a custom-built pizza oven and counter seating, allowing diners to enjoy a front-row view of the chefs at work while nestled in the lush, light-filled garden.
The menu includes a selection of crudos and four pizzas, with a standout carrot-themed creation inspired by Krug's "Krug in the Kitchen" initiative, which harmoniously pairs raw, roasted, and caramelized carrots with KRUG Grande Cuvée and KRUG Rosé. Crafted by three Michelin Star Chef Arnaud Faye, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the summer menu draws on his extensive experience in Michelin-starred establishments and his World Champion of Gourmet Pizza title to deliver a cuisine that is both refined and attuned to the season. Open until the end of September, this pop-up offers a meticulously curated experience where craftsmanship and ingredient integrity are paramount in every creation.
